I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. As a weight inclusive, body liberation dietitian, I love to support humans in healing their relationship with food and their body.

Whether I am supporting clients through exploring a path that leaves dieting behind, navigating through disordered eating, or exploring what healing from an eating disorder looks like for the individual, my approach is one of compassion, and non-judgement. Working from trauma informed and social justice lenses allow me to see systems of oppression as ever-present in our day to day lives and these systems deeply impact the unique food and body stories of my clients.

I find the most compassionate way to support my clients in their journey is to meet them where they are at. It is in this way that we can explore individual goals and create a plan together to get closer to what is truly important.

I want my clients to leave our sessions feeling seen, heard, and empowered to take the next right step for them.
